 Mystery Schools, Mystics and Eastern Religions have long taught about the role of the Divine Feminine principle in the world. In all things, there is a balance, yin/yang, summer/winter, male/female and in keeping with this natural law, the Goddess or Divine Feminine Energy represents a nurturing and peaceful aspect integral to the balance of mankind. From Isis in Egypt, Tara in Tibet, Astarte in the Middle East, and Aphrodite, Diana, and Venus in Greece and Rome, it has been long understood that this feminine energy supports the cycles of life in all things. In May, my school, the Temple of Stella Maris celebrates this special month which has been historically revered by cultures around the world. In this workshop dedicated to the divine feminine, students reconnect with some of the most inspiring goddesses of all time and learn how to explore these principles within.
